Bramston Beach is a quiet peaceful village 80km south of Cairns. This a nature lovers paradise. Nearby attractions include Mount Bartle Frere -Queensland's highest mountain, the Babinda Boulders, Paronella Park, Josephine Falls and Eunbenangee Swamp National Park. From here you can take a daytrip to the Frankland Islands, go White Water Rafting on the Tully River or Skydive onto the beach at Mission Beach or Etty Bay.
For families and groups who simply want to soak up the Tropical warmth of North Queensland on the beach this is a fantastic option. This luxury Three bedroom house is only 20 meters to the beach with direct beach access.
The oversize master bedroom is upstairs with polished timber floors and very large balcony with commanding views to the ocean. The master suite features a tea/coffee making facility and fabulous bathroom with seperate bath and shower and ocean outlook.
On the ground level there are two bedrooms with en-suite.
The kitchen is open cafe style with a large bench perfect for families and entertaining. A multitude of appliances makes this house a foodies dream.
The manicured lawns and easy tropical planting frame the beach and ocean beyond. Surrounded by frangipani, tropical orchids and a wide variety of colourful plants, Bramston’s unspoiled beaches and lush surroundings make a peaceful base to further explore the areas beauty.
The swimming pool wraps around the outdoor dining area on two sides. There is a shallow area for young children and a deeper horizon pool directly facing the beach.

Successfully capturing the beachfront ideal the home is perfectly poised to take advantage of its location. The 713m2 allotment is one of the few in the Far North that has direct beach access.
Three of the bedrooms have an ensuite and the polished cement floors of the master bedroom lead to an oversize balcony with commanding views to the beach and ocean. There is a double sofa bed in the office.
Polished concrete floors flow throughout the living areas and kitchen adding a cool touch and a contemporary feel. The easy living modernity is continued in the kitchen which features stainless steel bench tops and glass splashbacks as well as the highest quality appliances – a chefs delight..!
Slide the bi-fold doors from the living room to reveal an entertaining area that has to be seen to be appreciated.

Bramston Beach is the perfect seaside destination to base yourself for visiting Mount Bartle Frere, Queensland's highest mountain, the Babinda Boulders, Paronella Park, Josephine Falls and Eunbenangee Swamp National Park.
Mt Bartle Frere: For the experienced, fit, and well prepared bushwalker, Queensland’s highest mountain, Mt Bartle Frere, is nearby. There is an excellent walk to Broken Nose that can be done in one day. Or, you could climb to the summit however this is quite an adventure and best tackled over two days. Be prepared for some very steep terrain and rock scrambling in places to reap the rewards of your climb.
Josephine Falls: Josephine Falls is a beautiful waterfall where you can have a fabulous natural experience swimming in the exhilerating Rainforest waterfall and sliding down a natural rock.
Babinda Boulders: Dangle your feet in the cascades around the smoothed Babinda Boulders
Eubenangee Swamp National Park: Birdwatchers and nature lovers will enjoy nearby Eubenangee Swamp National Park. Here there is a 1.5km gentle walk where you may spot Jabiru, Spoonbills, Egrets, flocks of Finches and many rainforest birds, flitting in amongst the melaleucas.

Bramston Beach is 80 km south of Cairns and easily accessed by road.
Bramston Beach is the first accessible beach south of Cairns city. This quiet beachside haven is ten minutes from the Bruce Highway through Canefields, Banana Plantations and Rainforest. Bramston provides the ideal location for family getaways, and is also popular with older travellers wanting to avoid the hustle and bustle of Cairns.
Bramston Beach community is somewhat of a 'retirement village' with a much older population. There is a fabulous take-away with a few grocery items including daily papers. You will need a car and it is best to bring your self-catering provisions with you.
