Secret Garden Track

The Secret Garden Track starts from the western edge of the jetty and takes you through a tropical rainforest. The walk is moderately challenging and features interpretive signs and a viewing platform. It's a peaceful walk where you can enjoy the sounds of local wildlife and spot various rainforest species.

Nudey Beach Track

This track begins at the western edge of the resort and leads through rainforest and coastal woodlands to the stunning Nudey Beach. The walk is relatively easy but includes some steep steps and boulders. Nudey Beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling, with no facilities available, so bring your own supplies.

Lighthouse Road Track

Grade: Difficult

Starting from the north-eastern end of Welcome Bay, this track is a challenging hike up a steep concrete road through rainforest to the lighthouse. It offers panoramic views and historical displays. On clear days, you might spot Green Island and even migrating whales in winter.

Summit Track

Distance: 4 km return

Duration: 3 hours

Grade: Difficult

The Summit Track includes a section of the Lighthouse Road and ascends to the island's summit. It offers breathtaking views of the island and mainland. The track is steep and rough, recommended only for fit walkers. It provides a rewarding experience with magnificent scenery and a descent through woodland.
