On the Day
You will be contacted the evening before the tour to confirm the meet-up time, which is typically around 05:00 am. Upon arrival and after completing the check-in process, you will be transported to the selected launch site for the day.
There, you have the opportunity to engage in a hands-on experience by assisting in the balloon's setup, preparing it for flight.
The flight itself lasts approximately an hour, utilizing the winds at various altitudes to navigate through the Avon Valley, offering a unique perspective of the landscape below. After the flight, guests are taken back to Northam, where they can enjoy a buffett style breakfast.

Meeting Point & Times
Without Perth Transport: Guests will be informed of the meeting point in Northam the evening before the flight.
With Perth Transport: Meet at the car park near Crown Casino, corner of Glenn Place and Victoria Park Drive. Departure is early morning, with the exact time confirmed the evening before.

Transfer from Perth
Pick up from beside Crown Casino. We meet passengers at the Park Road car park off Victoria Park Drive, opposite The Burswood Train Station. Meeting times vary throughout the year as we follow the Sun. The time will be confirmed to you before you fly but expect a very early start.
IMPORTANT: The meeting time when you book this transfer to Northam is normally one and a half hours BEFORE the activity time. So, if the meeting for the flight in Northam is at 05:00 AM we will pick you up around 03:30 AM. The exact meeting times will be confirmed to you the day before the flight.
