    • Heidi Piper (4.0/5), 11-10-2026: We had a great time at the Island and the ferry was good…BUT, it was not clear to me that 12.15 was the pick up time to leave the island. I interpreted it as being back in Cairns by 12.15, ie leaving the Island at 11.30. So, got out of the water, got ready to go to the jetty, and missed 30 valuable minutes of snorkeling time. Had to go to the snorkel shop to ask/confirm when the ferry hadn’t shown up by 11.30. 😢 maybe there’s some way of making this clearer in your advertising. Thank you.
