Skyrail Rainforest Cableway

Start your journey with the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. Glide above the rainforest canopy with opportunities to stop and explore.

Kuranda Village

Upon arrival in Kuranda, enjoy free time to explore the village. Visit the Heritage Markets, local cafes, and attractions like the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary and Birdworld.

Rainforestation

Visit Rainforestation Nature Park for wildlife encounters and the Army Duck Rainforest Tour. The tour includes a guided exploration of the rainforest and a splash into the lake for a scenic cruise.

Kuranda Scenic Rail Gold Class

Board the Kuranda Scenic Rail for a journey back through the rainforest. Enjoy Gold Class service with lounge-style seating, personalized service, and refreshments. The train travels through Barron Gorge, offering views of the landscape.

Return to Cairns

The tour concludes with a return to Cairns, where guests are dropped off at their original pick-up points.

Meeting point

Skyrail Up - Train Down

You will be picked up from your accommodation or a central point across the Cairns area between 8:05am and 8:57am. The exact pickup point and time will be confirmed upon booking. Alternatively, you can make your own way to the Pacific Hotel Cairns, located at 43-47 Esplanade, Cairns City QLD 4870.

Train Up - Skyrail Down

Pickup is available from accommodation or central points across Cairns, Palm Cove, and Trinity Beach from 8:05am to 9:25am. The specific pickup point and time will be confirmed upon booking. You also have the option to drive yourself to the Pacific Hotel Cairns, 43-47 Esplanade, Cairns City QLD 4870.
